Gazpacho, the spanish cold soup
Light, simple and refreshing, the gazpacho is ideal for hot summer days. It is a cold-served Mediterranean soup made from tomatoes, which has gained more practicality with Soup Lift. A contemporary version of the recipe created in the 17th century, which was served inside a dawn bread.

Dissolve the Soup Lift Tomato sachet with Turmeric in 250 ml of water at room temperature.
Cook until it reaches a thick cream texture.
Add 200 ml of cold water and mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate until cool.
Before serving season with pink salt, black pepper, lemon wedges and extra virgin olive oil to taste.
Try sprinkling freshly prepared spices such as parsley, coriander and basil.
Chef's tip: It gets even more refreshing with cubes of Japanese cucumber, a touch of fresh mint and spicy pepper sauce.
